Our client is a leading organisation in the education industry, dedicated to providing exceptional support to early years inspection activities. Join their dynamic team as an Administrator and play a crucial role in delivering first-class support.

This role uses Excel so you must be comfortable with navigating spreadsheets.

Allocate and track registrations and events.
Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact for internal and external inspection queries.
Check the quality of datasets, registration toolkits, and inspection reports before submission.
Set up and maintain accurate electronic records for complaints, ensuring timely closure.
Collaborate with the wider team when needed.Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
Proficient in using electronic systems and databasesDesirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in an administrative role
Knowledge of early years inspection processes
Familiarity with data analysis and reportingTechnologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
