Salary :   £26,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Commission

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be the heartbeat of our client partnerships, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, every time.

Recruitment Consultant Duties:

This is a sales focused role, focusing on growing the busy Industrial Temp Desk
Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
Attracting and placing the best talent through smart sourcing strategies 
Strong focus on business development, including fee negotiation, attending client visits and lead generation
Keeping compliance, communication, and systems up to date

Recruitment Consultant Requirements

A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to get things done  
Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team  
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)  
A passion for people
Previous recruitment experience is a bonus - but if you've got the mindset, we'll teach you the rest
