Job Description
mPulse is looking for an energetic commercial thinker with a desire to work with a leading healthcare B2B marketing team in a fun, fast paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Solution Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of mPulse's solution and product go-to-market strategies and manage the Product Marketing team.

The role requires a deep interest in digital health, and the commercial opportunities created by the rapid growth in this sector. The Solution Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and articulating the value of mPulse's solutions and products through impactful positioning, sales enablement tools and marketing assets to empower the sales and account management teams, as well as for use in marketing programs and top-of-funnel demand gen programs. Excellent writing skills are a requirement for the role as all members of the marketing contribute to the marketing content strategy, and specifically the Solution Marketing Manager must be highly effective at creating content that captures mPulse's value across healthcare verticals and buyer types.

The role requires a confident communicator who can engage the mPulse sales and marketing teams effectively, develop meaningful relationships with customers and present on webinars and at company events. A proactive, get-it-done attitude, is a must, as is excellent attention to detail and a commitment to doing the highest quality work.

*This will be a remote position with options to work in the CA or MN office.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Product Marketing team
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for mPulse's solutions and products
  • Define mPulse's value offerings and lead the development of mPulse's value proposition and competitive differentiation messages
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team on customer outcomes data and demonstrating mPulse's ROI
  • Develop content to make our lead-generating marketing programs highly effective, including content for conference speaking sessions and webinars
  • Provide solution & product positioning materials and enablement tools for sales & account management including, sales presentations, video demos, case studies and ROI calculators
  • Develop thought leadership materials, including blogs, white papers, infographics, and eBooks 
  • Co-develop press releases and byline articles to support our media relations strategy 
  • Complete competitive analysis and provide insights to Marketing & Sales teams 

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
  • Healthcare industry experience is required 
  • Extensive experience creating high-impact marketing content types and or sales materials e.g. customer pitch presentations, brochures, video demos, web content, blogs, webinar presentations 
  • Strong project management, training & sales support skills 
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with sales, product and marketing colleagues 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently
  •  Ability to travel at least 15% or as required 
Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare related field
  • Either a minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing in a healthcare-related technical B2B industry
  • Or, 5 years of proven healthcare SaaS or digital health sales experience and a clear and demonstrable desire to move into a marketing management role
  • Experience supporting sales organizations and developing sales materials
