Salary: PPS12 £21,589 (pro rata, actual salary £11,427.80)
Hours: Part-time, permanent. 23 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus training days)

Our client is seeking to appoint a conscientious, diligent and highly organised Attendance Manager (with inclusion responsibilities) to be an important part of their Pastoral support team. Your role will include supporting the work of the Safeguarding and Inclusion team to ensure excellent attendance and punctuality across the academy.
As an Attendance Manager (with inclusion responsibilities) you will work closely with key staff, parents and student to overcome barriers to learning and will work in partnership with the Education Welfare Officer and other external agencies where appropriate to identify concerns and develop individual action plans.
The Academy is a successful and oversubscribed 11 - 16 academy with an experienced Pastoral team comprising Assistant Headteacher responsible for Personal Development Behaviour and Welfare, Pastoral Manager and five Heads of Year.
