Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, to manage one of their wonderful care homes situated on the Isle of Wight.
This fully compliant care home boast high calibre bedrooms and fantastic gardens. The home has a great reputation locally and provides care and support to frail older people with residential / elderly frail care needs.
As Care Home Manager you will ensure high quality care is delivered to people with elderly care needs. Candidate should have strong business and marketing skills. Care Home Manager candidates should have strong knowledge of CQC legislation, audits and safeguarding.

As the Care Home Manager you will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all time. You will join a care home provider that has very high care quality standards. You will ensure the care home remains compliant with CQC legislation and you will ensure the care home retains an excellent reputation in its local area.
Registered Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Residential Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Registered Manager
- Experience of Elderly Care
- Good Communication Skills
- Prior experience of obtaining good CQC inspection reports
