HGV Technician - Diagnostics & Repairs

Are you an experienced HGV Technician ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for someone who can diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of trucks using manufacturer diagnostic equipment. You'll also perform routine maintenance, servicing, and general repairs when needed.

What You'll Earn

💰 Up to £64,000 OTE per year

Base salary up to £45,000 depending on experience

Shift allowance of £3,000 for late shifts

Productivity bonus up to £6,000 per year

Overtime available, plus weekends and extra hours paid at 1.5x

OTE based on working 1 in 3 Saturdays and approx. 5 hours overtime per week. More overtime usually available.

Working Hours

Split shift rotation (40 hours/week)

Week 1: Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm (1-hour lunch)

Week 2: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 10pm (1-hour lunch)

Saturday rota: 1 in 3, 7am - 12pm

What We're Looking For

Qualified HGV Technician / Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Experience in HGV maintenance and repairs

Confident using manufacturer diagnostic equipment

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
