Junior Conveyancer – Dronfield, Derbyshire – £24,000 to £30,000The firm This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, multi-office law firm with a strong reputation across South Yorkshire and the East Midlands. The role- Assisting with and progressing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting on a varied caseload including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
- Preparing contract packs, drafting documentation and raising enquiries
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly
- Managing multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility within a supportive team environment
You’ll be working closely with experienced fee earners, gaining real exposure to the full conveyancing process. Are you at the stage where you’re ready to take on more responsibility and move closer to running your own files?
You- Experience supporting residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Currently operating as a Junior Conveyancer or working towards that level
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high-quality service
- Comfortable using case management systems and working within structured processes
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
