• Assisting with and progressing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Supporting on a varied caseload including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Preparing contract packs, drafting documentation and raising enquiries
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Managing multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility within a supportive team environment

• Experience supporting residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Currently operating as a Junior Conveyancer or working towards that level
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Comfortable using case management systems and working within structured processes
• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
