Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Later Living Officer for a Local Authority Client in North London.
In this role, you will support older residents to live safely and independently through housing and support services.
Duties:
- Support residents to sustain their tenancies and achieve positive outcomes
- Manage complex casework, including safeguarding and anti-social behaviour
- Carry out property inspections and ensure health and safety compliance
- Work with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality Later Living services
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience delivering customer-facing tenancy or housing management services
- Experience managing complex casework, including safeguarding or vulnerability
- Experience of property management, inspections and health & safety compliance
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
What's on offer:
Salary: £20ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
