£43,381 + 3% Shift Allowance

Alice Rose is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join the maintenance team of a main contractor at one of their sites in Canary Wharf. As a maintenance provider, who is notoriously known for being one of the best technical companies in the industry, outstanding staff retention, tight knit family environment and continuous training and development for all levels of staff.

The fully qualified Electrical Shift Engineer will be part of the engineering team on a commercial site in the heart of Canary Wharf. working 4on, 4off days between 07:00 - 19:00, covering planned and reactive maintenance across various sites.

Working Hours:

* 4on, 4off days

* 07:00 - 19:00

Electrical Engineer Duties:

* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance

* Electrical Fault-Finding

* Single & Three Phase Power

* Emergency Lighting

* Fire Alarms

* BMS Operation

* AHUs

* FCUs

* Generators

* UPS Systems

* VAV/VRFs

* Motor

* Pumps

* Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).

Requirements:

* City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualifications (i.e 236, 2330, 2365 etc)

* Apprentice trained - desirable

* Electrical Engineer background

* Building Services Maintenance experience

* Very Client facing

* 17th/18th Edition

* Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
