Salary: Up to £39,000 (Industry Professionals) / Up to £40,000 (Qualified Trainers)

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineering Instructor to deliver practical and theoretical training to learners from Level 1 to Level 4. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry expertise into a teaching environment - no teaching qualifications required! We'll fully support and fund your journey into education.

What You'll Need:

Industry experience in mechanical maintenance engineering

Strong knowledge of the safe use of hand tools

Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering

A full UK driving licence

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging workshop and classroom-based sessions

Teach and support learners across Levels 1 to 4

Help learners develop both their technical skills and workplace readiness

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
