Established SME operating within the organic and natural products sector, focused on sustainability, eco-friendly, and ethical markets. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing the import process from Europe and supervising two staff members.

What will you do as a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead

* Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, coordinating bookings

* Oversee customs clearance and documentation

* Monitor food compliance regulations

* Manage supply chain administrator and stock controller

* Oversee end-to-end coordination of inventory, inbound imports, warehouse operations

* Review KPIs, service levels, overstock, and freight costs

What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead

* Experience working in the food sector

* Knowledge of BRC / HACCP

* Import and compliance regulations experience

* Managed a small team

* Worked with ERP systems - ideally NetSuite
