Ofsted Registered Manager

We have an exciting new job opportunity ,

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a soon to be opened Residential Children's home as an Ofsted Registered Manager.

This is a pivotal leadership role that offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of the young people they support and to shape the future direction of the service. As a Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and leading a dedicated team.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager,

The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role includes managing staff, developing care plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, the Registered Manager will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, manage budgets, and ensure the overall efficiency of the care facility.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven leadership experience in children's residential care.

* Deep understanding of The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015).

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services (or equivalent).

* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (or equivalent).

* A passionate, empathetic, and resilient leader committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* Excellent communication, team-building, and organisational skills.
