An established property and construction consultancy based in Manchester City Centre is looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful Project Manager will take the lead on a variety of new-build and refurbishment schemes across residential, healthcare, and education sectors. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects from inception to handover, including cost, quality and risk control. You will liaise closely with clients and contractors to ensure efficient delivery and will be supported by a collaborative internal team.

• Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy

• Working towards or already chartered (APM, RICS, CIOB)

• Skilled in stakeholder management and project programming

• Knowledge of North West construction market advantageous

• £45,000 - £60,000
