Position: Bendi / Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: CV3
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (you may be required to work occasional Saturdays)
Hours: 09:00-17:00, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour
Contract Type: 12-Week Temp to Perm

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and hands-on Bendi / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's team in Coventry. In this role, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations by handling stock, picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance and supporting process improvements. The majority of your time will be spent operating forklifts, split between Bendi and Counterbalance, with general warehouse duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Bendi and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

- Receive, inspect and store inbound stock

- Pick and pack orders accurately and promptly

- Use pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment as required

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits

- Occasional heavy lifting as part of day-to-day duties

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience driving Bendi / Flexi and Counterbalance trucks (valid licences required)

- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or logistics environment

- Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
