Salter Grange is now recruiting for a CSA Lead to join a global leader in mission-critical engineering, to lead a flagship Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. With a €3B turnover and projects secured until 2030, this is unique chance to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business.
CSA Lead Role:
* Manage Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) package installation
* Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and costs
* Lead daily site operations
* Conduct weekly minuted subcontractor meetings
* Track safety stats, labor, and progress reports
CSA Lead Requirements:
* 3+ years' project management experience
* Construction/Engineering degree or trade qualifications
* Skilled in method statements & risk assessments
* Proven success in large-scale projects
