We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer to join a well-established and growing precision engineering business based in Coventry.

Salary up to £39,000

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Setting, operating, and programming CNC sliding head machines
Working specifically with Star sliding head machines
Programming and operating using Fanuc control systems
Producing high-precision components to exact specifications
Ensuring efficiency, quality, and accuracy at all times
Supporting continuous improvement within the machining process
About You:

Proven experience in CNC setting, operating, and programming
Strong knowledge of Star sliding head machines
Experience using Fanuc controls
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
A pro active and reliable approach to work

Salary : up to £39,000
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 7:30am 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am 2:30pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break daily
Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning & afternoon)
