T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Shepshed.

Assembly Operative Job Details;
* £11.50 per hour to start with the opportunity of an increase after a successful probationary period is passed
* Paid overtime available once trained at a premium rate of £17.25 per hour
* Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
* Annual bonus scheme

* 21 days holiday + bank holiday when permanent

Assembly Operative Role & Responsibilities include;
* Assembly of electrical motors
* Installation of insulation & copper coils
* Assisting in the test bay
* Packing products and working in the goods out department
* Use of various hand tools
* Coil winding
* All other associated tasks as required
Person Specification;
* Previous electrical / assembly experience is preferred
* Co-ordination of hand and eye movements is necessary to produce a good quality product
* A good team player
* Strong attention to detail
