Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include:

Preparing, cooking, and serving fresh, locally sourced produce to the highest standard
Supporting fellow kitchen team members
Contributing to menu development and adapting to day-to-day needs
Ensuring meals are presented beautifully and meet dietary requirements
Maintaining strict hygiene and kitchen standards
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a quality hotel, restaurant, or high-standard care setting
Food Hygiene Certificate
DBS check
NVQ Level 2 or higher in Catering / Professional Cookery
Own transport preferred
Passion for fresh, creative, high-quality cuisine
£14 per hour (competitive)
