Senior Business Analyst - EHS Salary £50,000-60,000 Liverpool - Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who has experience specifically supporting the Environmental, Health and Safety division of the business? This could be your next career move!

As the dedicated IT Senior Business Analyst for the EHS function, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the H&S team to understand business needs to translate into technical requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate steering groups
• Create roadmaps and document information accordingly
• Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Support the implementation/ optimisation of SAP modules related to Health & Safety.
• Change, release and incident management

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and facilitating strategic discussions.
• Experience with SAP (ideally in Health & Safety or Logistics modules).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments is a plus.
