What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a team of operatives to meet daily production targets
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
• Driving a strong Health & Safety culture across your shift
• Monitoring performance and meeting key business KPIs
• Delivering shift reports and keeping the wider team in the loop
• Providing on-the-job coaching and training to team members
• Working closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Taking an active role in audits and high-profile visits
• Stepping up for the Shift Operations Manager when required

What we're looking for:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• A confident communicator who can motivate a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
