We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Stevenage - a 600-unit RC frame high-rise scheme.

You'll take charge of the full design and technical coordination process from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design coordination across all stages of the project
• Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Resolve site and design queries effectively
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and approvals

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in a technical role within residential construction
• Strong RC frame and high-rise experience preferred
• Confident in managing design teams and driving solutions
• Solid knowledge of building regs and industry standards
