We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Operative to join our team, based in Liverpool, and serve our clients across the region.

The Role:

As a Mobile Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks at hospitality sites across the North-West. Your role will be based out of Liverpool, but you'll be travelling to various client locations, ensuring their properties remain in top condition. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day and can work independently to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting & decorating, and basic installations
  • Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across hospitality venues
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimise disruption to client operations
  • Ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service on every job
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report back via mobile device
  • Keep your company van stocked with necessary tools and supplies
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance or multi-trade roles
  • Strong practical knowledge of building systems and minor repairs (plumbing, electrics, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time and travel across the North-West
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality sector (desirable)
  • Basic IT skills to use job management software (training provided)
  • Ability to travel across the North-West (vehicle provided for work purposes)
