Birmingham Children's Trust is looking to recruit 7-8 Social Work Assistants to join our hub and play a key role in supporting children and families across the city. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of children.

No formal qualifications required - we welcome applications from individuals with transferrable skills and relevant experience.

Essential Requirements:

Car owner/driver

Good computer literacy

Desirable Attributes:

Flexibility and adaptability

Strong organisation and planning skills

Excellent recording and communication skills

Experience of working directly with children and families is highly advantageous
