We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead a drainage, and road infrastructure project based in Cobham

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering with proven experience managing subcontractors and experience in drainage and highways /civils projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, planning, and execution of earthworks, drainage, and road construction schemes.

*

Manage and supervise site activities ensuring compliance with specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.

*

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

*

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control.

*

Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.

*

Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Candidate Requirements:

*

Extensive experience in earthworks, drainage, and road construction engineering.

*

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

*

Proven leadership and project management skills.

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer status or working towards).

*

CSCS or equivalent site safety certification.
