Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Office Manager to join our team! You will oversee office operations, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping both electronic and paper files updated

  • Reviewing and answering phones and emails

  • Printing and copying large format drawings

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Manage records and information
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team

Qualifications:

  • Prior construction office experience is mandatory

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
