Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £35,600
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts (7:00am - 3:30pm / 10:00am - 6:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned and reactive mechanical maintenance

Carry out fault finding and repairs on systems such as HVAC, pumps, plumbing, and heating

*

Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and operational requirements

Collaborate with site teams and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery

*

Maintain accurate documentation and service records

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience in mechanical building services or maintenance

*

Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent)

*

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
