My client is a global charity who are now looking for an Applications Support Technician to provide support to over 2,000 users over 70 countries.
In this role, you will additionally be involved in acting as one of a team of technical supports to collaboration systems such as predominantly SharePoint, Moodle, Totara, O365 and Workplace and any new systems that are integrated into the IT Support model.
You will support relationships with stakeholders across all departments at Global Hub and potentially all functions and levels of seniority across National, Country and Regional offices.
We are looking to recruit an organised individual who has an excellent understanding of Microsoft development technologies including .NET framework and web services. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Scripting to analysis the data (T- SQL) alongside a sound understanding of integration areas between all modules within a Collaboration tool set.
You will have excellent system and process analysis skills to optimise and re-engineer complex business processes. It is also essential that you have expertise in interfaces and workflows alongside excellent facilitation and communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong influencing and negotiation skills and will be able to manage and prioritise multiple demands. You will be a customer-focussed, self-starter who can also work collaboratively on projects and problem analysis.
