The Position - Early Years Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within EYFS, supporting children aged 3-5 with their early learning and development. You will assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy, personal care, and creating stimulating learning environments. A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach.
