A well-established architectural practice is seeking a talented and detail-driven Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Market Harborough. The practice has a strong portfolio of projects across the education, residential, commercial and public sectors, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of schemes from concept through to completion.

The successful Architectural Technician will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting the design team through all RIBA work stages. Proficiency in Revit is essential, along with a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
Sufficient post qualification experience
Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident liaising with clients and the wider team
Education experience is beneficial
Able to work on projects through all RIBA stages
Exceptional technical abilities
Positive and driven approach to work
