Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk:
  • Process multi-state employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy through audit
  • Process new hire, termination, and employee status change within payroll system
  • Maintain accurate employee files and administer garnishments and child support orders when necessary
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
  • Serve as backup to the Senior Payroll Administrator

Background Expected of the Payroll Clerk:
  • Associate's degree or experience equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience processing payroll
  • Multi-state payroll experience is a plus
