Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a passionate, driven, and compliance-focused Home Care Manager to lead our Solihull branch. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing service that currently oversees 500-1,000 care hours per week, with ambitious plans to double capacity within 12 months.

🔹 The Role As the Home Care Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Solihull service. You will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and the ongoing growth of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily running of the domiciliary care service
Ensure high levels of compliance and meet all CQC regulatory requirements
Lead, support, and develop the care coordination and care delivery teams
Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
Monitor and maintain care quality through audits, spot checks, and feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders
Drive growth of the service and hours delivered
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping
🔹 What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Domiciliary Care Manager or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven ability to drive service improvements and growth
Ideally hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or be working towards)
A genuine passion for high-quality care and customer satisfaction
