Job title: Clerk of Works

Salary: £250 - £280 per day or 45,000 - 60,000

Location: Colindale

O'Neill and Brennan have a requirement for a Clerk of Works. Our client is a leading consultancy in the Construction, Property, and Civil Engineering fields.

As a Clerk of Works you will inspect the workmanship, quality and safety of work on a construction sites and reports back to senior managers and clients. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly.

The successful Clerk of Works will have:

* Strong previous experience in similar roles.

* A steady work history with long stints in each role.

* The relevant site tickets
