What will you do as an Operations Executive?

* Oversee day to day fulfilment and stock management across all sales channels

* Maintain relationships with 3PL partners ensuring seamless processes for customers

* Become point of contact for suppliers and any supply chain or product enquiries

* Managed the backend of TikTok Shop ensuring varied product selection for customers

* Work alongside the ops director on NPD, S&OP meeting reports and special projects

* Responsible for customer service enquiries relating to returns, refunds or any order issues

What do you need as an Operations Executive?

* Previous experience within an operations role ideally within a consumer goods brand

* Worked with 3PL warehouse partners and suppliers overseeing order fulfilment

* Competent working with Excel and other ERP systems as well as Shopify

* Keen to add to skillset and take on extra responsibilities

* Happy working within a fast-paced SME brand and getting hands on within the role
