Overview

We are supporting a leading UK charity organisation undergoing a significant Marketing Technology (MarTech) transformation programme. The programme is focused on moving the organisation from a traditional campaign-led marketing model to a more data-driven, performance-led approach.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across two key workstreams within the wider programme. The role will be highly delivery-focused, requiring someone who can quickly establish strong programme structure, governance, and collaboration across a large and complex stakeholder landscape.

You will work closely with internal marketing, technology, and data teams while coordinating delivery with multiple external suppliers within a multi-partner environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of two workstreams within a wider Marketing Technology transformation programme.
  • Establish and manage programme governance including RAID logs, delivery plans, reporting, and programme structure.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external delivery partners.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery aligns with agreed commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Drive collaboration between marketing, technology, digital, and data stakeholders.
  • Track programme milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and escalation where required.
  • Support the organisation's transition to performance-led marketing practices, particularly across paid media and outbound communications.

Skillset & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes within complex organisations.
  • Experience working within Marketing Technology (MarTech) environments.
  • Strong experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Ability to establish clear programme governance, planning frameworks, and reporting structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, technology, and data teams.
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Campaign, and analytics platforms such as GA4, within cloud-based environments (e.g., Google Cloud) is beneficial.
