We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Kidderminster, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the learning experience of secondary school students.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Kidderminster
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time (5 days a week)
Pay: £90-£120 per day, depending on experience

About the Role:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students are engaged and on task

Supporting students with their learning and ensuring classroom discipline

Managing student behaviour in line with the school's policies

Working alongside teaching staff to ensure a smooth-running school day

About You:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident in managing a classroom and keeping students engaged

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of subject areas

Previous experience in a school environment is ideal but not essential
