Keen to contribute to the critical role played by the Procurement function at Viapath? We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic Procurement team. This role will primarily involve supporting the delivery of a strategic procurement service for Viapath. It is an entry-level position in the Procurement team that will provide an insight into the high-value, critical work undertaken by the function and will focus on supporting the team to ensure that all general day-to-day administrative tasks are effectively completed.
As the list of responsibilities is varied, experience in keeping control of multiple activities is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that all required day-to-day administrative tasks are effectively and efficiently completed, including management of generic email mailboxes.
- Own tasks related to meetings planning across the Procurement team.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and customers to understand the needs of the business and maintain appropriate stakeholder maps.
The role will require strong analytical and influencing skills, in addition to an ability to deliver robust support to the team. The succesful candidate will be expected to quickly build strong and sustainable business relationships within Viapath across different levels of seniority. This role reports to the Head of Procurement and will be based at Viapath’s Corporate HQ, Francis House however this role will offer flexibility between home and office working at a frequency to be agreed with the recruiting manager.
