We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton branch, supporting and developing business across the Bournemouth area. This is a dynamic 360 recruitment role, combining candidate sourcing with proactive business development to drive branch growth and deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end 360 recruitment process.

Developing new business opportunities across Southampton and Bournemouth.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and healthcare professionals.

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates.

Placing healthcare staff into temporary and permanent roles.

Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.

Coordinating staff availability to meet client demands.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Promoting the Nurseplus brand within the local market.

About You

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment and business development.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment is desirable.

Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

A resilient, self-motivated, and ambitious approach to work.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A full UK driving licence is preferred due to regional coverage.
