Treasury Manager within a large international business focusing on payments, management & operations
Your new company
This international company is going through a time of transformation within treasury, looking to automate processes and drive process improvements. They are currently looking for a treasury operations manager to support on a 12 month contract with the possibility for this to be extended to 18 months. This role will be focused on the day to day operations whilst the current treasury manager focuses on projects, with the potential for the this position to support with some of these.
Your new role
As treasury operations manager you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and take ownership for day to day operations with a focus on settlements, processing payments (circa 300), bank account management, and cash flow management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working in a treasury operations role where you have focused on payments, settlements, bank account management and cash flows. Ideally you will have people management experience. Cultural fit is incredibly important for this organisation, and they are looking for someone that is collaborative, friendly, who has strong business partnering skills and a strong work ethic.
