Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers
* Present, communicate and promote the company's services to a diverse customer base
* Prepare and send sales quotations
* Follow up on sales enquiries to maximise conversion
* Support email and website marketing activities
* Assist with sales order processing
* Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
