M & E Site Manager

Location: Chester
Salary:£250 - £280 per day
Contract Type: Temp - 21 weeks
Project: Fit Out Project

The role:
Linsco are delighted to be working on this new role alongside our client who are looking for a M&E Site Manager, Electrical biased, to work on a 21 week fit out project in Chester.

Role Responsibilities:

To oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are adhered to.
Contiunue to maintain high-quality standards throughout the build.
Comfortable in communicating effectively with key project stakeholders, including clients, design teams and local authorities.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Manage site documentation, including RAMS, site reports, and progress records.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager with Electrical background
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain efficient workflow.
