Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Along with Customer Service, you will be responsible for Invoicing, PO's and detailed order entry.
  • The ideal candidate would be experienced, well organized, detail oriented with excellent telephone, communication skills and able to work independently. Must possess good computer skills as well as be a team player with a positive attitude, in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional representative, presenting Company products to dealers, end users and designers, both in-person and via email or phone
  • Positive and professional phone etiquette is essential when answering calls from our customers, to fielding questions, to developing good customer relationships
  • Greet customers and visitors with a welcoming, warm attitude
  • Attention to detail in both purchase order processing and showroom maintenance.
  • Ability to enter customer orders and information into the AS400 system
  • Superior verbal and written communication coupled with second nature problem-solving skills
  • Assisting Territory Managers with the sales process

Customer Care Experience:

  • Min of 5-7 years experience with direct B2B customer contact in professional environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of office furniture and design a plus
  • Customer Care experience a plus
  • AS/400 experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Experience working with Sales and Warehouse teams a plus
  • Background and drug screen required

$18hr. to start with the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance.
