Job Title: Installation Manager - Security & Telecoms

Location: Nationwide (Hybrid - Midlands or London office base)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 Hours

Role Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Installation Manager to oversee nationwide security upgrade works across a major utility's framework. The role involves managing the delivery of telecoms infrastructure, CCTV, door access control systems, minor civils, and associated LV electrical works.

This is a hybrid position requiring travel to sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage installation works across multiple live sites nationwide

* Oversee subcontractors and site teams delivering:

* Telecoms infrastructure

* CCTV systems

* Door Access control systems

* Minor civils

* Electrical LV works

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

* Coordinate surveys, schedules, and resource planning

* Monitor programme, quality, and progress

* Manage RAMS, permits, and handover documentation

* Liaise with stakeholders and attend progress meetings

Experience Required:

• Proven experience managing security or telecoms installation projects

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and infrastructure cabling

• Understanding of minor civils and LV electrical works

• Experience managing multi-site projects

• Good understanding of H&S and CDM regulations
