TIG Welder / Fabricator required for a day-shift role with a leading engineering company.
Our client is a well-established engineering firm with modern premises and excellent staff retention. They are seeking a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join their team in a temp to permanent capacity.

TIG Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities

Carry out TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metals
*
Fabricate components from start to finish, including thin plate sheet metal
*
Work confidently with multiple metal types and fabrication techniques
*
Ensure weld quality and accuracy following engineering drawings
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety in the workplace
Candidate Requirements
*
Time-served or extensive experience as a TIG / MIG Welder
*
Skilled in welding and fabrication on various metals
*
Experience with thin plate sheet metal fabrication
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Reliable, motivated, and quality-conscious
Hours & Pay
*
Day Shift: Standard working hours (Monday - Friday)
*
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour
*
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent
