We are proud to be working with our client in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Children’s Residential Support Worker to join their team in a specialist home supporting children with learning disabilities, based in Burton upon Trent.

What the Role Involves:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities
- Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, communication, and social interaction
- Encouraging independence and participation in meaningful activities and community engagement
- Ensuring the physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs of the children are always met
- Working closely with the team, families, and professionals to deliver consistent and tailored care
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities or additional needs is desirable
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Willingness to work a rolling shift pattern of 1 day on (08:00-22:30) with a sleep-in, followed by 2 days off
