Exciting Opportunity for Senior/ Quantity Surveyor in Staffordshire.

Join our clients dynamic team as a Surveyor and take a pivotal role in our clients business on a technically challenging projects. As the Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pre and post-contract strategies, managing commercial functions and overseeing contract reporting for a Tier 1 national construction company.

Responsibilities:

Lead the project commercial team, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations
Oversee Procurement, Sub-contract orders, Managing Supply Chain, Measurements and Valuations, Contractual Notices, and Valuing Change
Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, procurement strategy updates, and progress reports
Develop and implement internal and external tender stages and delivery strategies
Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow
Produce and agree on main and subcontract final accountsExpected experience:

Experience working on NEC contract
Experience working on Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, Commercial and Residential.
Experience working with a Build Main contractor Regional or National Tier 1/ Tier 2 ContractorWhat's in it for you?
