About the Role
As a Static Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the electrical and building services within a high-profile commercial building. This is a site-based position, meaning no travel between locations - just a stable, central role within a professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance

Diagnosing and repairing building services systems (including HVAC, lighting, and power)

Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards

Collaborating with on-site teams to deliver top-tier facilities support

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a reliable and motivated engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within commercial facilities maintenance

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Building Services (Essential)

Solid knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
