Position: Electrical Buyer (Outside IR35)

Location: London

Work Pattern: 12 month Contract - Hybrid

We're recruiting an Electrical Buyer to be responsible for purchasing electrical components for construction projects.

Responsibilities

* Supply chain management - building relationships with existing & new suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring timely delivery.

* Maintain & update a supply chain tracker, with all key details included, such as supplier specialty, agreed payment terms, credit limit, any applicable rebates.

* Monitor monthly spend with each supplier

* Liaise with the Commercial & Accounting departments to forecast costs weekly & monthly.

Qualifications

* Construction industry experience buying electrical components

* Ideally experience in Commercial, Industrial or Rail sector

* Able to read technical drawings

* Good MS Office Excel, Word, Adobe

* Good communication and organisational skills
