I am currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a No 1 Site Manager to work for a Privately Owned Residential Developer on a development of 66 Traditional build houses in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

· Managing health and safety

· Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.

· Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.

· Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site

· Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

· Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.

· Fully conversant in NHBC standards.

· CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.

· Site sizes from 50 - 300 units as a minimum.

On offer is a basic salary of £70,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus
