Shorterm Group are currently seeking an M&E Health & Safety Site Supervisor to work on projects within the Houses of Parliament.This role focuses on ensuring safe working practices across M&E activities within a secure and high-profile environment.Location: Houses of Parliament, LondonHours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Overtime paid at time and a half.Pay: £32 per hour CISRequirements:* SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)* Valid DBS checkKey Responsibilities:* Support the Project Manager with the preparation and maintenance of Health & Safety documentation for all M&E site activities.* Supervise and coordinate labour on-site, ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with project requirements.* Carry out regular site safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure correct use of PPE and safety equipment.* Maintain accurate site records, including progress updates, variations, and information required for end-of-project documentation.* Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, including any safety concerns, access issues, or potential programme delays.If you are interested, please email
