Our client works in both the private and social sector, with a focus on student accommodation projects. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking to take a managerial role, whilst joining a principal contractor, with a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to work on interesting high value projects and progress your skills .

Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be involved on a 100 bed student accommodation project. You will have Your duties will include overseeing the project, management of sub contracts, Material Ordering and scheduling, health and safety on site, ensuring the projects are and discussions with Senior site staff and procurement of sites ensuing they are on budget and to plan.
